The Pembroke Fire Company was founded in 1939 by Mr. Edward Warren and Mr. Ruben Warren. The fire company consisted of 1 fire truck.
Today the fire company consists of 3 fire trucks and is combined with the Indian Falls Fire Company to cover more than 10 miles of the Pembroke/Indian Falls area. The fire company responds to an average of 150 calls a year.
